Passover Updates from Rabbi Yisroel Gottlieb:

All Dole fresh salads under the Star-k do not need special hashgacha for Pesach, including the cole slaw. Fresh Express salads require a Star-K-P to be acceptable for Passover use. (4/10)

Holly brand sugar from Costco, if it is pure granulated sugar, is kosher for Passover without any special supervision.

Salmon that is OU certified and is only pure salmon does not need special passover supervision. If the label says "color added" but there are no colorings listed on the ingredient panel, the salmon may be used without special passover supervision.

Fresh whole side of salmon, not skinned, from Costco is acceptable for Pesach and year round. Skinned salmon fillets, where the scales can no longer be seen, are not recommended.

Cut fruit from Costco is not recommended for passover use, but is acceptable the remainder of the year.
